Burlington Property Group is an established land and property developer with a proven track record. We are a growing, well-funded (and self-funded) business with a focus on maximising underutilised land and property. We specialise in the acquisition of brownfield sites in well-connected, sustainable locations that can be redeveloped to create exciting environments for people to live and work in.
We seek sites that have the potential for small to medium sized residential developments. Whilst we consider larger sites, we specialise in sites with the potential for up to 100 units.
Whilst we have historically focused on residential-led development opportunities, we continue to look at commercial redevelopment for various asset classes, including offices, industrial, retail and alternatives.
Being privately owned, Burlington Property Group are unusually flexible with regard to how we can structure site purchases, allowing us to meet the varying needs of different landowners. Over recent years we have acquired land under option agreements, on a subject to planning basis and on a wholly unconditional basis.
We are keen to talk to land owners who are thinking of selling their land or property.
With our growing commercial property portfolio, Burlington Property Group is looking to acquire commercial property with existing tenancies in place or which is vacant, and in need of repositioning.
